This guy knows his work.He is kind off "Talk less, work more".Excellent at his work.I have 21 year old roof with solar panel installed.Needless to say it is time for some maintenance.Vent jack rubber all worn out with rusted flushing .Also some areas shingles were compromised.He also identified tricky gutter issue in tarot window area causing stranded water He took care of everything ..He is so disciplined and meticulous.Highly appreciate!!!

Seyner was professional and responsive. He helped repair and replace some of my gutters. The day I reached out he got back to me. He came out the next day to look at the issue and provide me with work needed and estimate. Over the next few days he completed the job. His workmanship was solid and he worked quickly.

Seyner and his Team member Noé helped with roof maintenance. From our meeting, inspection, to performing the work, was exceptional. Seyner is very thorough with his inspection, and honest with what work needs to be done in order to fix the situation. I had two other companies inspect the roof, and they missed details that Seyner picked up on. He has high integrity, good energy, and workmanship is top notch. In all, he repositioned a gutter in order for proper water flow to the downspout, installed 3 new down spouts, fixed a few cracked tiles, and installed gutter guards where needed.
