FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I try to keep my price competitive by charging by the minute with a 30 minute minimum. I have found the customers can wrap their minds around $1.00 a minute with 30 minute minimum. The amount includes the travel time and gas. For customers further out in the BayArea, for example San Jose, the pricing would be more. I do not meet with customers at their home. However, I meet most commonly at an open schoolyard/park of their choice.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
1) Ask What is the customer trying to accomplish. 2) Give a brief history and introduction of the service the customer should expect. 3) Stretching Drills along with the customer and explanation of each drill for preventive injury. 4) Various drills that will help the customer streamline closer to THIER particular goal(s). 5) Discuss Nutrition and Health tips. 6) Recap what we have learned that particular day. 7) Go over the small things that they can do on their own to maximize our next session.
