We offer a free Zoom consultation to understand your space and requirements, and for many projects you can also use our in house quote builder to generate an estimate in minutes. After a quote is approved, we offer flexible payment options including Apple Pay and Klarna payment plans. Pricing is always based on scope and confirmed upfront, with no surprise fees.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start with a free Zoom consultation to understand your space, how you use your network, and what is not working. This allows us to identify the real issue instead of guessing. From there, we provide a clear plan and estimate. For many projects, clients can also use our in house quote builder to generate an estimate in minutes. Once scheduled, we arrive on site, confirm the scope together, and complete the work with a focus on clean installation and long term reliability. Payment options are flexible, and projects move forward only after everything is clearly agreed upon. Our goal is a smooth experience and a network that works exactly as expected when we leave.

We have been designing, installing, and supporting professional networks since 2005 and have worked with over 12,000 customers across homes and businesses. Our background is rooted in commercial grade networking, structured wiring, and complex environments where uptime and performance matter. Offices, clinics, creative studios, and multi device homes. Experience is the most valuable training in this field. We have seen the edge cases, the failures, and the shortcuts that cause long term problems. That knowledge allows us to design networks correctly the first time and support them with confidence.
