Quick and professional response. Updating our office in stages. Since Covid, my husband has been working out of our living. 1st stage complete - updated our WiFi access, moved into the office, wireless printing, secured backup and gained access to files on our network. Bayron has done a great job working with us on site and remotely, listening and addressing our needs, and having the patience working with non-technical people. We have Apple and Windows users. Will continue to work with Easy Macintosh Support and recommend using them.

I had a job to run some cat6 cables through my home. I had an online planning conversation up front where I reviewed what I wanted to do with the owner Matt. The technician, Bill, was prompt and professional.
All cables were speed tested after install and everything runs smoothly at 1gb. Everyone in the home is happy with the improved networking speeds.

I had CLEAR technology do work for me last October and I forgot to do a review back then, but better late than never!
The overall cost was a bit more than I expected but they ended up doing a bit more work for me than I expected! While they were at my house I had them
Replace my Wi-Fi extenders with newer more powerful ones
Straighten out my Wi-Fi networks (my devices kept getting “confused” and would randomly stop working)
Trace the cable network and set up a hard wire jack for my desktop to take full advantage of my Comcast fiber service
It’s been 8 months and my network has performed flawlessly without a problem ever since their visit.
I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again!

CLEAR did top notch work
I had asked them to put in a mesh network for my home office , they not only did that they helped me reach out to my ISP and set up a better data plan. Really took the time to understand what we wanted and worked with us.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start with a free Zoom consultation to understand your space, how you use your network, and what is not working. This allows us to identify the real issue instead of guessing.
From there, we provide a clear plan and estimate. For many projects, clients can also use our in house quote builder to generate an estimate in minutes.
Once scheduled, we arrive on site, confirm the scope together, and complete the work with a focus on clean installation and long term reliability. Payment options are flexible, and projects move forward only after everything is clearly agreed upon.
