My name is Ken and I am the owner of Kens Tech Repair Here in Oakland. I have been repairing computer for over 30 years Mac and Pc. There is not a repair I have not done and I guarantee all of my work and sales. I specialize in Networking, Hardware, Software, Sales, Repair (Mac/Pc), Data recovery and much more! Ken is hands down the best technician in the Bay Area! I’ve worked with and met many technicians over the years, but Ken truly stands out from the rest.

I brought him my gaming PC after dealing with a burned-out motherboard and a faulty VGA issue. From the very beginning, Ken was professional, knowledgeable, and incredibly thorough. What I appreciated most was his communication—he kept me updated throughout the entire repair process with pictures and videos showing his progress. I always knew what he was working on and what needed to be done.

He was also quick, reliable, honest, and clearly takes pride in his work. He didn’t just fix the problem; he took the time to make sure everything was working properly and explained what he was doing along the way. It’s rare to find someone who combines technical expertise with this level of customer service.
