I would recommend Ken for any computer issue. He is fast, knowledgeable, and very understanding of those with limited knowledge of computer systems. It took a little over an hour and I was back in business. Unlike the tedium of the Mac store, Ken is the man!

Ken's initial response was amazing. He took a laptop and had it fixed in an hour. Unfortunately, the repair didn't stick; a few days later same issues started happening even though I was assured that there should be no problem. I took the laptop over again; and yet again 3-4 weeks later the issue started happening. Update: Ken reached out and offered a refund. I am satisfied.
