Sia and his father were responsive from the beginning. They finished our retaining wall under the allotted time, and the cost agreed.
Cost was competitive.
The only thing was clean up. We are still finding debris and nails all through the yard. We have a pup so it's a concern. Also I should have gotten a guarantee on the work in writing vs accepting it verbally. The family seems like good people so I hope they will honor it.
