Introduction: Working with dogs has always been a passion of mine. I always admired the magic I saw in my dad training dogs growing up. This prompted my move to Los Angeles in hopes to learn more about them! During my time in LA, I was fortunate to start working with great trainers. I learned so much about different dogs, and different training styles. I specialize in dog reactivity, basic/advanced obedience- applied with a balanced training approach. Now back in the Bay Area, I am excited to help dog owners get through any issues they may be seeing with their dog!

Barak is an amazing trainer. After just a month, my dog has made so much progress. I have an 8 month old Rottweiler and his behavior was destructive and his obedience wasn’t very good. I reached out to Barak and he explained to me exactly what was going on with my dog and he reassured me that my dog was not aggressive, just stressed. He’s taught me how to communicate with my dog and how to efficiently correct him. Everytime I take my dog out on his walks I feel much more confident that we can calmly handle any situation.

We recently began working with a wonderful dog trainer/walker who's made a significant difference for our newly adopted dog, who arrived with severe separation anxiety and an endless supply of energy. After just a few training sessions, he suggested crate training and a barking collar, which have been game-changers for us. Not only is he incredibly knowledgeable and passionate about what he does, but he also has a way with dogs. Our dog absolutely loves him and is always excited to see him, which speaks volumes. His training sessions, coupled with his spot-on recommendations, have helped our dog become more settled and us to better manage her energy and anxiety. Barak training techniques are clear and very easy to follow. He has the ability to see the behaviors of your dog and how the owner/handler needs to train so there becomes the best relationship between dog and owner. He loves dogs and is dedicated to the best results between dogs and owners. Barak will video, you and your dog so you can see what the task is supposed to look like. You can text him ANYTIME ( off the clock) with questions and he gets back with your answers in a very timely manner. I've had many dogs and have always trained them and Barak is one of the best trainers I've had.

Barak has not only trained my two dogs, but he has trained me as well. Every session was a great experience and Barak is very knowledgeable about dog behavior and obedience. My dogs and I continue to practice what we have learned in our sessions and I have seen such a great change in them. I would recommend Barak if your looking for a knowledgeable and skilled dog trainer!
