Rosalind has been walking our dog 3 times per week for the past 8 months. My husband and I could not be more satisfied with her service. She is reliable, flexible, kind, and our dog loves her. 5 stars for Rosalind!May 3, 2015
Roz has walked and taken care of our 7 year old lab Bella. She is great with her and Bella runs to her enthusiastically when she comes to our house. Roz is kind, gentle, dependable, and reasonably priced. I highly recommend her.Sep 8, 2014
Roz is very flexible, and has always been available on short (1-2 days') notice. She provides updates about the pets, which is reassuring when we are out of town. We recently adopted a kitten, and she gave us advise on what we need to make caring for the kitten easier. Our pets are happy when we get home - thanks to Roz!Sep 4, 2014
Rosalind has takes care of my cats Harley and Max when I go away. Rosalindcomes twice a day to feed them and take care of their litter box. She also spends time with them and really enjoys it as much as they do. She is dependable, trustworthy and dependable. Her rates are great, I wouldn't have anyone else loom after my cats.Sep 8, 2014

- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?$20 daily paid monthly. I carry water, bowls, some toys and treats for the dogs I walk at no charge. If something should come up that dictates your dog needs something that he doesnt have, i may consider purchasing it and hope to be reimbursed. e.g., last year we were caught in a downpour! One of the two of them was wearing a doggie raincoat, the other was not. They both have thick curly hair that is practically impossible to dry. So we stopped in the nearby pet store where i bought her one and was reimbursed.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?I'm happy to say, I've been working with the same customers' dogs for almost 3 years. In taking on new dogs, it would be imperative that all the dogs get along. Everything else is secondary. Regarding my pricing system, I've tried to consider all contingencies. I'm told, it is fair as it is, so I feel it's ok for it to be in stone.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?I am just starting dog walking and cat care as a business. While I've had cats all my life, until now I'd only walked and cared for dogs as a hobby for friends and my own enjoyment.
