FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
$20 daily paid monthly. I carry water, bowls, some toys and treats for the dogs I walk at no charge. If something should come up that dictates your dog needs something that he doesnt have, i may consider purchasing it and hope to be reimbursed. e.g., last year we were caught in a downpour! One of the two of them was wearing a doggie raincoat, the other was not. They both have thick curly hair that is practically impossible to dry. So we stopped in the nearby pet store where i bought her one and was reimbursed.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I'm happy to say, I've been working with the same customers' dogs for almost 3 years. In taking on new dogs, it would be imperative that all the dogs get along. Everything else is secondary. Regarding my pricing system, I've tried to consider all contingencies. I'm told, it is fair as it is, so I feel it's ok for it to be in stone.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am just starting dog walking and cat care as a business. While I've had cats all my life, until now I'd only walked and cared for dogs as a hobby for friends and my own enjoyment.
