At Brandon's Attic Control, we provide honest, upfront pricing with no hidden fees. Every job includes a full inspection, a detailed estimate, and optional add-ons based on your needs. We don’t upsell we solve. Discounts are available for bundled services and repeat customers.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
At Brandon's Attic Control, we start with a quick phone consultation to understand your problem, then schedule an on-site free inspection. After that, we give you a written estimate and walk you through the game plan. If you’re ready, we can often start the job the same day.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
At Brandon's Attic Control, our team is trained in rodent proofing, crawl space and attic remediation, and insulation handling. We stay updated on California building codes and use top-tier equipment and products approved for residential safety and efficiency.
