Introduction: I began From Root to Rise to promote natural self-care, preventative health, ayurvedic practices and health of the mind, body and spirit through yoga.
I am a certified Kripalu yoga teacher offering beginner, gentle and moderate yoga experiences, meditation, and wellness mentoring to people of all ages and all stages of their wellness journey.
Yoga is an excellent tool to help increase overall physical health, build strength, stretch the body, still the mind, and to de-stress and find balance. I come from the belief that yoga should be accessible to all people. Everyone comes to yoga for different reasons and in different places in their life.
