- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is sliding scale: I don't think learning should leave you broke. The first lesson is always free, and from there we can work out payment as it works for the both of us!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
To learn from each student what they need, instead of coming at the process with some sort of cut and dry method. That's what makes individual lessons so special! They're for the individual!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
BA in Music Composition, several years of experience teaching guitar and studying it as my primary instrument in my undergrad program.
