FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I try to be very fair with pricing. I like to show up and get things done. Most of the time things are done in a timely manner. If work requires more time than what is reasonably expected because of whatever reason I'll explain the reason. There have been times where projects require more time and I've take longer and I'll ask for and negotiate a reasonable flat project price. Keep in mind that sometimes jobs will require a trip to the hardware store for supplies and materials, either before or during the job. I do have a 1 hour min. for local work (Oakland) and a 2 hr outside the area. Sometimes a small travel charge is needed to cover such costs.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When contacting a customer I try to get as much information and detail about a project as possible. I can be flexible scheduling the work and more often that not, most customers are flexible too.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a 4 year college degree. I managed a large family ranch property in Morgan Hill and took care of everything from A to Z, fixed things myself or worked with contractors.
