- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is fair and based on the type and size of the project. I always provide an estimate before starting. I don’t charge hidden fees, and for larger jobs or repeat customers, I’m open to offering reasonable discounts.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First, I talk with the customer to clearly understand what they need. Then I visit the job site if necessary, provide an estimate, and once we agree, I start the job on time and keep the customer updated every step of the way
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I’ve learned hands-on over the years, working on both residential and commercial projects. I’ve also been trained in using power tools, installing drywall, painting, carpentry, and following safety procedures.
