Pedro helped assemble a couple sheds (more complex than what we planned for). And although he has hourly rate he still charged below that, which made me believe he is “fair” when charging us. The sheds worked out so well, I asked for his help again and had him return to help with a couple other projects, 1– creating a box around the AC Unit and 2– repairing the outdoor gate. I would recommend Pedro for any handyman projects.

I contacted several Handyman and Pedro stood out amongst them all. 1) He came out to see the work without just offering a price without seeing the job at hand. That resonated with me and others were quoting without actually seeing what needs to be done. 2) Very Punctual and showed up on time and even waited on me to arrive home when I was late and forgot about the appointment. 3) Very Responsive and committed to doing the work. He came to my house looked at the task and executed the work. I have more work for him and will definitely will be calling him back again and again. We have now set up a new project for concrete.
