Carlos is an excellent general contractor! We first met him when we worked with an interior designer to redo a childrens bedroom, a downstairs kitchenette, and a repainting/surfacing of an entire downstairs floor of a single-family San Francisco home. Carlos was one of the contractors our designer invited to come to our house, walk-through, understand what we needed to do, and then make a bid. His bid was very competitive, and he turned it around within a day. Then when he came to do the work with his crew, he was on time, polite, and thorough. I so enjoyed working with Carlos, that I hired him on the spot to help us with a plumbing problem that we had. I also added work to our work order, by asking him to repaint the cabinets in our downstairs bathroom, which was not a part of the original statement of work. He quoted us very fairly, and quickly. We had such a good time working with Carlos and his crew, that when we needed our window trim redone because the window vendor we had chosen had completely failed us, I called him right away. He came to our house, and gave us a bid the next day. As is his practice, his bid was again very fair. He was at my house within two weeks, fixing our window trim, molding, and casement. I would highly recommend Carlos and will work with him again in a heartbeat.

I am an Interior Designer and had the pleasure to work with Carlos and his team while we renovated a house I designed. Carlos followed my designs to a t and was very responsive when things came up and had solutions to tackle then right away and meet our deadline. I would 100% recommend him!

Carlos was so easy to work with. He captured all the details, was timely with his communication and follow up appointment, and worked quietly, efficiently and effectively to fix the several apartment issues we had. He went above and beyond in recognizing that we were also missing a fire extinguisher and a CO detector, too!

Carlos did an incredible job. The tenants that lived in the house left it a total mess. I walked Carlos through all the damages and repairs I thought I wanted. He was thoughtful and even provided additional thoughts based on experience. He was totally right and made a difference on how the house turned out. He's extremely easy to talk to, super responsive, and punctual! I will definitely use Carlos again for any other repairs. You are in great hands with him!

Carlos has done number of projects around the house for me including the bathroom remodel. He has an eye for detail and esthetics. He is capable of handling small or big projects with ease. He has exceeded my expectations of quality work with very fair and competitive pricing. He is a great guy who is easy and fun to work with.
