Charles was able to come to our home the day after I called. He came up with a creative solution to patching some of our carpet using carpet from a closet instead of replacing a large set of rooms of carpet. His price was fair and he had great communication letting me know when he’d be here. He also was able to make the repair right after diagnosing our issue. I highly recommend Charles.

I contacted Charles to provide an estimate to stretch out the carpet in three of my bedrooms. Charles came promptly to inspect and gave me a very reasonable estimate. We settled on July 29 to complete the work. Charles and his team were here exactly on time and completed the job in 3 hours. They did an excellent job. I highly recommend 2nd Generation Floor Covering for your flooring needs.

Charles did a great job repairing two small carpet damages caused by my dog. The repair blended in very well, and you can barely tell where the damage was. He was professional, responsive, and the price was very reasonable. I would definitely recommend him.

I had a great experience hiring Charles and his team to remove old Flor tiles and install new Flor tiles in our office space. Charles was quick and responsive to my quote request and was able to complete the job within my availability. He and Andrew worked quickly and thoughtfully together to complete the job, making sure to install transition pieces where the carpet meets the hardwood. Both gentlemen were professional and hard workers. I'm very pleased with their work and would hire them again for any flooring/carpet projects in the future!
