We could not have asked for a better experience working with 2nd Generation. We asked them to replace flooring in 3 rooms with vinyl plank flooring and new baseboard. An ancient linoleum had to be removed, the floor prepped, and replacement planking installed. When reviewing the project Charles was friendly, professional, and provided information we needed about the work necessary to complete our project. When work began everything was addressed in a timely manner with the UTMOST consideration and efficiency. Charles and company were friendly and easy to work with, answering our questions as they arose. The project turned out beautifully. We will have more projects for 2nd Generation in the future courtesy of this truly great experience.
