Charles was super responsive, helpful and clear in his communication. Andrew, who installed the carpet was on time, professional and efficient. He also helped us with an existing carpet that was getting a bit loose. He advised us on the carpet pad that didn’t need to be replaced, which saved us some money.
I called on Monday and by Thursday my room had a new carpet. Highly recommended!

Charles did an incredible job repairing our carpet after our dog pulled it up. He was very responsive when scheduling the appointment and even arrived early on the day.
