- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I generally have a pretty set rate however I do factor in the amount of Labor that it takes to complete a project expenses such as supplies.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to have a conversation with my client and a complete walkthrough of what they want done if at all possible this can be accomplished virtually or in person
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I would say pretty much all of my training is hands on and through mentorship. I enjoy learning and I am constantly taking online classes to expand my knowledge base
