- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I have corporate rates. I work with corporations, offering coaching and talks around wellness topics. I have individual rates and offered discounts for veterans, healthcare workers, low income. If discounts are needed, please self advocate and inquire.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First and foremost, I make sure I am a fit for them. This typically starts as an initial consultation to understand their background and goals. Here I also breakdown my process. If they want to proceed, then we do a health assessment that takes about 60 to 90 minutes. Here we discussed motivation, current habits, habit changes, and design, a realistic action plan using necessary resources. Then the program begins, which can be done on a weekly or by biweekly basis. The sessions very depending on the individuals goals, but are typically 45 to 60 minutes. This program is usually a minimum of three months.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I’ve been a coach since a very young age in dance and fitness. My college degree is in community relations, public relations, leadership. I am a trained and experienced professional dancer and choreographer. I was also trained by a government based Swedish program designed by the Karolinska Institute
