These guys cleared my 6,000+ square foot lot. It's uneven, sloped terrain and hadn't seen a weed wacker in a year. There was a portion covered in foxtails which needed to be tarped out (for my dogs' safety) and a brush pile that needed to be removed or processed. If I'd taken this on myself, it would have been a 2-3 day full-time job.Richard responded to my request for an estimate promptly. He advised that I wait for the rain to pass before scheduling the work. Once that happened, his crew came very promptly. They got most of the work done in a day but missed a few details that Richard and I had agreed to. Not a big deal though; I emailed Richard. He apologized and sent them back the next day. They were polite and made sure they got everything on the follow-up. The yard looks great now.The real measure of a company is how they act when follow-up is required. They handled it very professionally. Good company.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We have a $900 minimum job size, so we recommend calling a gardener instead for smaller jobs.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Upon receiving a request, we will come out and provide a written, emailed price quote and description of work to be provided. This can be approved or declined by simply pushing a button in your email. If approved, we then schedule the job and email an invoice upon completion.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All of our crews have an experienced team member with an average of more than 8 years experience, who is typically paired with an apprentice. We provide training in safe use of tools and plant identification -- to ensure the proper plants are saved or cleared.
