I asked multiple vendors for a quote. Ivan got back to me immediately and came out to see the scope of the project. He gave me a couple of options and a very fair price for the work.

He did an excellent job, checking in with me and providing updates, asking for clarification when needed. One data drop was a challenge and he was unsure if he would be able to do it but he asked if he could cut away some wood to gain access to a very small crawl space which I said was fine. He was able to complete the job. He also walked me through the completed work, showing me how he labeled everything and how I can reconfigure the wires if needed. He offered extra services and provided an extra LAN cable so I could hook up my device and use it right away. He vacuumed up all the dust and 'left no trace'.

To make a comparison, one vendor who shall remain nameless, didn't come out to view the scope of work, just sent me his hourly rate and the minimum time he would bill for. I made some quick calculations and he would have been at least twice the price and he hadn't even asked about the details of the job.

i am very satisfied with XK Estates!

Ivan was great to work with. We had an immediate need and he helped us install a Ring system to protect our property. He has all 5-star reviews for a reason. I’d definitely work with Ivan again

Ivan was great. Arrived a few minutes early and got to work with my 4 cam PoE Reolink setup. I wasn't bothered the whole time. We then went through adjusting the cameras to my liking and now when my Amazon packages get stolen, I can see who did it. Haha.
