Oh my gosh, we had an incredible experience with REVEAL! Michael helped us clear out, go through, and reorganize our garage. There was stuff piled up everywhere but Michael came in and took everything out by himself for us to look at and go through. He even took all of the trash and things to donate with him to dispose of, which was so amazingly helpful! He then put everything back in a very organized way, putting similar things together and combining certain items that felt similar. He also took the time to go through the garage with us to let us know where everything is. He is incredibly efficient and prepared, and has a good energy about him that made us feel comfortable. You know, it's hard with these things. So many options, so many people, you just don't know how it's going to work out. Hire Michael, and I can tell you, it will work out very, very well. Michael is a force of nature. He moves like a fireman, zipping back and forth to items, grabbing the vaccum, aiming for nothing less than pretty damn great. Our garage would have sent Marie Kondo running for the hills. Michael was nonplussed. "We got this," he replied, when I sent him photos. "It will just make the end reveal that much better." Two things he will relay: he likes to work alone. His instincts are better than mine (or yours), so this didn't bother me. Also, his strengths lie in thoughtful organizing; if you can get a head start in purging, you'll be amazed how quickly things can go. Long story short, it was a great experience. Michael takes ownership of the project. More than that--he's like a fiduciary. Your concerns rank above his. He's smart, likeable and has limitless energy. I'd hire him again in a heartbeat.

I typically charge an hourly rate, but can also provide a flat amount, once I able to see the scope of the work. It is nearly impossible for me to determihe a total cost with any accuracy without seeing the space.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I am a talker and I do my best to quickly establish rapport and credibility, After it’s best to leave me on my own to focus on the task at hand, that always leads to the best results.

BA in Business (minored in Psych) it's all related!
