- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I typically charge an hourly rate, but can also provide a flat amount, once I able to see the scope of the work. It is nearly impossible for me to determihe a total cost with any accuracy without seeing the space.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I am a talker and I do my best to quickly establish rapport and credibility, After it’s best to leave me on my own to focus on the task at hand, that always leads to the best results.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
BA in Business (minored in Psych) it's all related!
