- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I try not to gouge clients but at the same time I need to make a living too. Generally I will charge more the first time and less for future cleanings. Deep or one time cleanings are more , monthly more than bi-wkly and bi-wkly more than wkly cleaning. My prices usually vary between $100- $165 depending on condition and frequency of work.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When I arrive I introduce myself then I ask them to show me their place and if there is any thing special they would like done. Then I see what needs to be done and I do it.usually starting in kitchen,
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
20+ years cleaning has taught me a lot. I know HOW to clean, What supplies should and should not be used on which types of surfaces. And elbow grease is the best cleaner.
