- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
The price listed is based off the original information given. Any additional services that are added after arrival or if it takes longer than expected then extra charges may apply. Add-ons are extra. We do not do laundry or ironing.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
After our initial contact I prefer to speak over the phone or see the house so that I can have a full understanding of the work needed, so our employees are aware as well.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
We’ve worked with all people, origin and nationalities. It’s amazing how they’ve even become like family.
