Terrible service! Total scam! Needed a move in clean post construction on small residential house. Called this company and was told they could clean everything including sliding glass door tracks and windows were extra. He said he would send me his 2 BEST cleaners and they would clean EVERYTHING. I had to give a 20% deposit for 2 housekeepers for 3 hours for a quoted price of $350. Before they even started cleaning I was notified they already needed 4 hours because the house was so dusty. I greed. (So stupid! Should not have done that!) There were 3 cleaners who arrived at 12:50pm and left at 3:16pm. No cupboards or drawers were cleaned! No blinds cleaned! No window tracks or slider door tracks were cleaned!! This is 1 master bath/bedroom and 3 tiny rooms and 2nd bath house. Very limited furniture in the house. When I called to complain I was asked to prove the cleaners stayed past 3pm… I was asked to send photos of what was not cleaned and I was told they sent me 3 cleaners instead of 2 so I was getting a “deal”…. Highly do not recommend this company!!! Absolute terrible cleaning and even worse customer service! We ended up paying $417 for them to mop the floors, clean sinks and maybe a couple windows for a total of 2 and 1/2 hours!! They should be ashamed of themselves and thumbtack should remove them!!
