- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We have been doing FLAT RATE PRICING for several years, to help those whom claim to be on a budget only to get services at cheap rates, but then go and spend a mortgage on a month's rent, but with the thriving economy and frugal living nowadays in the East Bay Area we find it easier for most folks who pay five times as much on rent versus a mortgage (we feel you). Be advised we don't do bargain basement just fair pricing as per the market value of our service. Oven and Refrigerators may cost a little more depending on task and size (included if deep clean). Some situations do require hourly rates but we can try and work within your budget. Please note we don't cut corners we just clean them.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Thumbtack Customers/would be clients should be advised they are dealing with Mireya Munoz as COO and John Montalvo as CEO and we are dedicated to providing detail oriented customer service, at times we can get a complaint and we try hard to please everyone, and yes some folks can't be pleased ever... those that have common sense would call us and we can make a trip and re-clean any area not done to that particular client satisfaction...
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
We have been in this business a very long time, but the first two or three years, bleach, ammonia, harsh scrubbing powders got us sick, bad reaction and signs of asthma. For a cleaner this is not good, for a client this is also not good. We made a choice to better our health, our children and family, clients, pets and planet! We've restructured and learned to be eco safe and now we are Eco Friendly since 2002.
