Jose and his crew did an excellent job sealing my attic and home against rodents and blowing in new insulation. I feel confident that my rat problem is fully remedied and with the bonus that the improved insulation will result in lower heating bills. Jose took plenty of before and after photos so that I could see how the work was done. They were very careful to protect the home from damage from their equipment and clean up afterwards.

Our guys were super sweet under very bad situation with my daughter. She screamed and yelled at them. Said they would leave if it continued but got things calmed down and they continued with the job! They did a great job making sure house and vents were covered for our protection. Had a problem after work with a connection on tv and the sweet guy helped us figure it out!! No sound of rats and feel so much better! Attic Pros and their people care a lot!!

Milton and his crew surpassed our expectations. They arrived on time and diligently protected the access area to the attic crawl space. We have been aware of the rodent infestation for many years and my attempts at mitigating the problem all failed. After vacuuming out the 35+ yer old insulation there were several more critter access points revealed that Milton and crew summarily dealt with. There was nothing lacking in their execution of the contract. The peace of mind we get knowing the area above our heads is clean, protected, air-sealed and insulated is extremely comforting and we sincerely appreciate this. The work was scheduled for two days...Milton and crew stayed on the job and efficiently completed the work in one long day. This minimized the impact on us and is also greatly appreciated. Huge thank you and thumbs-up for Milton and the guys.
