Our recent insulation project with Johnson’s Insulation was a very positive experience. Miquan demonstrated exceptional responsiveness and communication throughout the entire process, ensuring we were well-informed at every stage. The on-site crew, led by Oscar and Cardova, displayed outstanding professionalism. They completed the project efficiently, finishing the work in less than a day. A notable aspect of their service was their meticulous attention to detail in preparing the workspace; they took the extra step of comprehensively covering both the floors and walls to protect the work area. There was one minor point concerning the air sealing application with foam, where a few spots were initially missed. We identified these areas, and the team promptly rectified them. While ideally, all aspects of the work would be completed perfectly on the first pass—especially considering the potential challenges this might pose for elderly clients who cannot easily inspect attic work—the crew’s overall professionalism and quick resolution of the issue were commendable. We are very satisfied with the outcome and the service provided by Johnson’s Insulation.

Miquan was very responsible and professional. They just finished the work. They did what they promised. He was a bit short on material estimate but we ending up working that up with him. The area that was being replaced with new insulation was not fully visible till they removed the old insulation. Overall good experience. The crew Guileremo and 2 others were good too. Guillermo is the supervisor to the 2 man crew who worked in the attic
