Greg and Mercy were super responsive. They were at my house within an hour, and done with the piano move in about 40 minutes. They were able to give me an exact price that was well below other estimates.

Junk Relief and their crew go above and beyond to make sure they handle your needs. Mercy, the owner is very thorough in communication with urgency through texting and calling. I had to move twice in 2 days and these poor souls were some of the best I've worked with in over 30 years of moving quite a bit. Mercy even went above and beyond to bring wrapping material ($$ added on) when I was in a hurry and couldn't go out to grab it. The turnaround on each move was intense, stressful and his company made it more manageable. I HIGHLY suggest using them. Don't think twice. It's a startup company and that's when you know, they truly care about customer service.
