Carlos, I am writing to formally express my extreme dissatisfaction with the gardening services provided at my property. I feel significantly misled regarding who I was communicating with throughout this process. It has become clear that while I believed I was dealing with you directly, the interactions were being handled by your son due to a language barrier. This lack of transparency is unacceptable and resulted in a complete disregard for my specific instructions. My authorization was strictly limited to watering the front garden and performing a basic cleanup, specifically pushing back the ivy to clear the sidewalk. I explicitly stated that the back garden did not require attention as it is covered by automatic sprinklers. Instead, the crew performed unauthorized work by cutting back all of my plants. Vines that have been established against my fence for years were cut to the ground without my permission. Furthermore, the demand for a $450 payment is entirely unreasonable for the 4 hours of work performed, especially given that the work was both unauthorized and destructive. Based on the scope I requested, the cost should not have exceeded $125. Due to the poor communication and the unauthorized damage to my landscaping, I find this work unacceptable and will not be recommending your services. I expect a response to resolve this billing discrepancy immediately. Regards,
