Abbie was our HERO during my sister's wedding. We initially reached out to her to define a timeline, coordinate with the vendors, and to lead the wedding rehearsal & day of event - but she extended her help and expertise to SO many more areas! She helped resolve inevitable, unplanned issues that came up on the wedding day, she made suggestions on how to do things that saved us time and stress, helped set up certain decorations the day of the wedding so that it was off our plates, and so much more. She is awesome to work with and would be an incredible addition to any wedding/event planning to those in need! I hope to work with her again in the future.

We needed a day of coordinator for our wedding that could run a tight-ship and keep everything and everyone in order. Abbie did just that and MORE!
We chatted a couple of times during the planning process, where she was able to share great advice as well as provide moral support. She showed up on the day-of and was ready to work! She's personable, resourceful, detail-oriented, communicative, organized, professional, and on point. Especially for our wedding that was a bit on the non-traditional side with decor and timeline - that wasn't a curveball for her at all! She jumped in and made it all happen.
We received many compliments from friends and family on how Abbie was the MVP of the day - she was able to hustle, keep us on our timeline, troubleshoot problems creatively, direct vendors/guests, and did it all without the bride and groom even noticing. She consulted with us on things only when urgent, which I appreciated because we were floating on our wedding high most of the time without much worry. We were able to soak in the day thanks to her!
We highly recommend working with Abbie. We really wouldn't have trusted the big day with anyone else! Thanks, Abbie!

Abbie ran and coordinated her own wedding like a pro. As one of her sisters and one of the bridesmaids who was the most local to her, I thought I was *supposed* to help organize things. But I barely helped (though I did try a cake sample!). She literally planned it all, had contingencies for nearly every situation, and made sure everything was executed to basically perfection. When something wasn’t working, she moved on and came up with smart, workable solutions. But really she set herself up to succeed from the start - she delegated when needed (primarily to her now-husband) and selected amazing vendors. They loved working with her (and I know this because THEY told me) because of just how organized she was, because she has a creative eye herself with a very clear vision of what she wants, and because - once she’s shared what she needs to be done - she trusted her vendors to deliver outstanding work without being overbearing or demanding. She did all this coming out of a pandemic and while juggling an intense, challenging period at work.
I am a planner myself (both professionally and personally) and try to stay organized as much as I can, and I know I couldn’t have done what she did. You absolutely should get her to plan your next event - you will NOT regret it.

I was so thankful for her calm & relaxed presence on the day of the wedding & for her ability to keep things flowing and on time with the schedule! We first met Abbie over Zoom and I, as the MOB, immediately felt we were in good hands. Abbie asked the right questions. Questions I would have asked or thought of. I felt reassured that she would be instrumental in helping create a very special day for my daughter Maia, my family and our guests. I've already recommended her to a good friend who's daughter will be getting married next year. Abbie understood our vision and was very conscientious of our budget. My other daughter interviewed other planners and was shocked at how much more they were, especially when we were doing most of the leg work. Abbie's attention to detail was impressive. Details I would have noticed. She didn't miss a beat. I wish Abbie success in her new endeavor and will always recommend her as THE WEDDING PLANNER!
