- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Yes we have package and per person options for most of our services including, wine tours, wine bars, private wine tastings, winemaker dinners, Sommelier services and cooking/wine classes etc.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We prefer to connect with potential clients via phone or email for a brief conversation to determine if we provide the services they require and to get to know each person.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
