- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing goes down as larger packages are purchased. I do 30-min and 60-min sessions. I also have weight loss and running packages.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When working with a new customer we meet and discuss goals and current lifestyle. From there we set up realistic goals and methods to attain them. Once that is done we set up a schedule that includes personal training and things for them to do on their own.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a Master's in Kinesiology and am a Certified Personal Trainer, and Cross Country Specialist, USATF Level 2 Certified, and Speed and Agility Certified.
