- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is VERY competitive. I know some pet sitters who offer nail trimming, etc. I do not offer these specialty services. I am simply very good at making cats and dogs feel loved and it shows in their behavior, how well they eat and feedback from my clients. I offer discounts for multi-day care. I know it's worth your pet's while to have them stay in their home environment. I'll work with you to meet your needs.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I visit your home to meet you and your pet(s). I'll take notes and discuss care, cleaning, plants, mail, and anything else you may need while you're gone. I will discuss payment methods.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Very simply, I have been a pet owner and a long time caregiver for elderly and their pets.
