- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
First session is 100. After that rates can vary between 100- 160 depending on location and frequency
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First we will hop on a call. From there we can schedule our first session. This will be a 90 minute session- first 30 minutes will be filling out forms and goal setting. Then next 15 minutes will be a series of movement assessments designed for me to see your level of fitness. next 45 minutes will be our initial workout.
