Aaron was so knowledgable about how to get our rental unit properly renovated, but not over renovated, in order for us to get great renters at a good rent. We had a unit that needed updating badly, and Aaron helped us do exactly what we needed to do, and had great referrals for handymen, flooring people, and even did some of the work himself, at no extra cost. Aaron Grant is really the way to go if you want a personalized and responsive property management team. I cannot recommend him enough!
