Rasheed came on time and was very professional. My wife felt like Rasheed was not out to nickel and dime us, and she was impressed by his work. The job was done for $500 less than a big plumbing firm in the area. Strapping the water heater was extra, but only $50 including the parts. Thanks Rasheed! Now I can take a shower.
