Ari was great to work with, he spent time understanding what we needed done and set clear expectiona on the price and service. Rob was the person who came to configure the wifi network in our home. He was professional, made sure he understood what we have in our home and provided the best solution for us. He even walked us through how to manage our set up. Awesome customer service, from initial contact until the completion of the job. Highly recommend.

Chris was patient with us and had a natural instinct for what our problem was which is a real gift since we don’t even know what it is we’re doing. Lovely person, I would trust him with our most prized possessions and our doggos showed us they liked him as well. Always trust your pets when you have a tech or stranger come into your home. Got a hold of Ari to get internet out to my cottage. He quoted me but told me it could be less bc I may or may not have needed wiring directly from the main house. So, after speaking w/Ari, he sent Greg out to take a look. Greg said we could go either way, wiring from the house (luckily, I already had access) or just go with the mesh system (Eero pro, which he allowed me to purchase on my own - $279 on Amazon in case you need one). On the day of work, Bill (I think that was his name), came out & ended up just using the mesh system. He said that my connection wouldn't have been much better hard wiring AND would take way less time. My bill/estimate went from $1500ish to me ending up paying $437.50 (Bill was here for 2.5 hours). I appreciated Bill saving me $ & giving me exactly what I wanted...strong internet out in my cottage. I researched how to do this myself. While I probably could have (after hours of pulling out my hair), I'm glad I left it to the experts & now, YAY, I have internet at all ends of my 11K sq ft lot (we tried it out on the edge of my property & it worked there too). He also showed me how to run a speed test to see how fast the data uploads/downloads. I'm sure Ari does all kinds of tech work, and I can't speak to that. BUT, as far as getting internet from point A to point B, he & his team were fabulous! I know who to call if I need technical help going forward too. Ari is fair, efficient, professional & I highly recommend him. Thanks, Ari!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Whether you’re looking for a “white glove” experience with a seasoned consultant or just some great basic support, we’ve got you covered. On our website you’ll find pricing for our hourly rates, as well as our discounted package prices. Each session includes detailed notes and a comprehensive tech wellness assessment (if there is time at the end). $29 travel fee outside of Berkeley/Oakland/El Cerrito.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to talk to people and get a sense for what they're looking for first!
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I've been playing and working with Apple computers since I was a kid. :)
