Ari was extremely honest with me about my computer and what was necessary and helped me decide that it wasn't worth the investment of time and money. I so appreciated his honesty and that he wasn't hiding the ball just to get me to hire him. I will definitely use him when I DO need to invest in upgrade, etc.

Roy was right on time. He was warm and friendly, diagnosed our problem within minutes, and successfully addressed it. He also helped out with other computer questions we had that were unrelated to the original problem. All in all, it was a great experience.

  • What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

    Whether you’re looking for a “white glove” experience with a seasoned consultant or just some great basic support, we’ve got you covered. On our website you’ll find pricing for our hourly rates, as well as our discounted package prices. Each session includes detailed notes and a comprehensive tech wellness assessment (if there is time at the end). $29 travel fee outside of Berkeley/Oakland/El Cerrito.

  • What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

    I like to talk to people and get a sense for what they're looking for first!

  • What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

    I've been playing and working with Apple computers since I was a kid. :)
