Stefan Zuckut says, "Roy is very responsive and knowledgeable relating to home networking and PCs. In one instance, he did a great job getting my new laptop going. It was very smooth for me as all functionality, bookmarks, and files were transferred by Roy. In another instance, he bridged out ATT router (which is weak) and connected our old Linksys router. So now we use ATT fibre with our Linksys router, which worked very well for us when we had Comcast. Roy is also very good at providing additional advice and insight relating to our home computing operations (we have 4 family members which may be simultaneously using the internet heavily, especially during the work day). Last but not least, Roy's rates are very reasonable."
