I had the pleasure to enjoy Michelle’s cooking several times, in San Francisco (where Michelle was living at the time) and at my place in Paris, France. Being french I always loved food, with Michelle’s meals I realized that the pleasure of food is not only just an elaborate taste but includes the feeling of lasting wellbeing as well. Michelle introduced me to macrobiotics, and I’m very thankful for that.

Michelle Rose was a pleasure to work with. She catered one of our social media events at Hyper Island in NYC and the food was terrific, fresh and the service superb. I would recommend using her for any of your catering needs. If you are looking for light, healthy and savory foods; this is the person to call.

My family was very fortunate to have had Michelle Rose as our personal chef for two months during the summer of 2011. My husband and I had recently started eliminating meat from our diet, and Michelle’s meals were delicious, colorful, and healthy, and, a life-saver for my vegetarian daughter who had been eating little else than salad prior to that time. I continue to be influenced by the wonderful foods that Michelle created during her time with us. Further, I appreciated the nutritional and dietary knowledge she shared with me. I would highly recommend Michelle as a personal chef for anyone interested in creative, nutritious meals prepared with care and passion.

Michelle's food left me blissful. Her cooking is intentional and she puts much thought and care into planning. My meal was one of the best I've ever had. The flavors were clean and distinct and danced in my mouth. I talked for days afterwards about this deeply satisfying and nourishing dining experience.
