- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
The customer should know that because I am a small company with low overhead I am passing that savings the savings onto the homeowner but at the same time I am licensed licensed and insured and and do not compromise compromise safety and skilled workmanship
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I try and let the customer the know that the project is not difficult and they are are in good hands hands and try to educate them at the same time about the work being done
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I worked for a small plumbing contractor that prided himself himself on the plumbing trade and was generous in passing with his time in passing his valubal knowledge onto his apprentice
