I recently hired Lee to install recessed lights, and overall, I’m very pleased with the work. The job was fairly complex, but he handled it with great skill and attention to detail. The installation was done thoroughly, everything was completed on time, and he even followed up afterward to make sure all the lights were working properly—something I really appreciated.
The only area for improvement is clarity during the quoting process. There was some miscommunication between the initial quote and the full scope of the job, so being more specific about what is and isn’t included would help avoid any confusion. But we were able to resolve this quickly.
Aside from that, the quality of work was excellent, and I would definitely consider hiring him again.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
That it’s affordable, fair , convenient, and a great deal for the quality of service and time.
In addition, I have a 48hr return policy meaning if you have any issues within 48hr I’ll return to correct the issue.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First, I’ll request the client to explained to me the details of an assignment.
Next, I’ll let the Customer know what materials are needed along with an estimate, timeframe and completion of project.
Finally, Once customer agrees with estimate etc a convenient date is booked to begin the assignment.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Carpentry , glass and glazer, plumbing, wire installation and Structural welding, Welding, Nccer certification OSHA 10, 30 etc
