Yoga transformed me to be a strong, confident, positive, hard working, and peaceful person. Yoga is not just about how you look in asanas. Restraining our active mind and finding the balance is the yoga. I would love to share my knowledge of yoga with you so I can help you to be better version of self! I have background in nursing (in Japan). I can work with people with some base conditions and injury with confident. I also have a history of recovery from severe lower back pain. I have 500 hr Teacher Training Certificate from Yoga Alliance. I’m registered nurse in Japan. I am certified Montessori teacher. I am certified Positive Discipline Parent trainer. I have a bachelor degree in early childhood.
