Dennis arrived on time, and went out of his way to make sure he did the perfect dishwasher install despite a couple of roadblocks. He was very friendly, and explained everything. My husband and I are young and have never owned a house so our knowledge is very limited- he was understanding, taught us things and we felt comfortable with him.
