- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Nothing is set. We will try and beat anybody's price. I will always work with my customers.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Talk then meet to go over what exactly it is you want done.We then can sit down and go over options , ideas and advice. And if the job exceeds more then I am allowed to do, then we will have to contact my General Contractor .
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been in the trades since 1995. I have always done the work myself. I am not a licensed contractor. I have worked with a company off and on since I was 18. I am 43 now.
