I listen to my clients' needs and train them based on their goals and fitness levels. Every person is at a different level when it comes to fitness and training according to specific needs is key in gaining trust and getting results. I have a a passion for educating people in proper nutrition and exercise. As soon as nutrition and exercise make sense to the clients that is when they see results. Knowing that i can make a difference in someone's life by helping achieve a weight loss goal is the best.

- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?I would prefer to have the interested party contact me for further details.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?Typically, i have them sign some forms, Q & A and give them a fitness assessment. Usually the first "session" is free and its more of getting the know each other and talk about goals and how to achieve them
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?Every 6 months to every year I attend workshops to keep myself in the loop of the latest and greatest thing of what is happening in the fitness world.
