Kirk MacDonald is far more than a handyman. He has the experience of a general contractor. In the past, I have hired other handymen and they have far less capability than Kirk I hired Kirk to correct the damage done by a handyman and do bathroom remodeling which included installing a walk-in tub. He did a great job at a very reasonable cost, at a fraction of the cost quoted by the handyman. When a worker knows what he is doing then the job takes far less time. As they say, when you pay peanuts you get monkeys The hourly rate may be more but the job is done for far less money. I am a 20-year retired contractor and I am able to assess the work and the contractor. Here is what is missing about contractors in general—a fair bid up front, doing what they said, being on time, and having a very pleasant personality.

I live out of the area and really needed someone local to make repairs to my mom‘s new home. Kirk was the man. He was very courteous and communicated with me every step of the way. He addressed every issue in my mom’s place and made it a home for her. He looked at Ways to save money by using material he had ready at hand and saving me a trip and cost from a Home Depot visit. I have recommended Kirk to my family who live locally. Kirk is by far very professional, courteous and an excellent handyman. I highly recommend him, and will no doubt keep him in my contacts for future projects I gave Kirk five stars!!!!
