Frank had a great deal of experience and knowledge of rodent control and did an excellent job of taking care of the problem and following up with checking traps. He's a great guy to work with and I would not hesitate to hire him for future jobs!

Working with Frank has been amazing so far. He was very responsive as soon as we reached out, and even met me at the house to walk through the project without any money down. He was the only company we talked to willing to do that. He thoroughly explained the process, what the plan of attack would be, and how long it might take. So far, he has been very communicative regarding when he goes to inspect the house and what he finds. I also loved the fact that they set a long timeline to ensure that the rats are completely gone, and guarantee the work! We're so releaved that Frank and team cleaned, sealed the attic, and set traps. Frank also inspected and made outdoor recommendations. Frank and team are excellent hands down. We're moving into a new place and wanted professionals to look over the property prior to our arrival. Thus far, there have not been any signs of rodent activity. I'm confident that if critters return the Rat Specialists will help stop the problem at the source. Speaking of which, they sealed our swiss cheese property from top to bottom (from the roof/attic to any problem areas inside, including the crawl space where they patched holes and applied mesh). Marlon really did the Lord's work by going underneath the house sealing every nook and cranny around the pipes. I truly appreciate the team. Hopefully I dont have to move again anytime soon, but if/when I do Frank and the Rat Specialists are coming with us! Thanks guys, cheers!
