Ivan is a rare find these days! After our excellent experience with him replacing a fence and gate for us, I asked him if he could repair or replace a lifted slab of concrete where some big roots had grown underneath. I spoke with at least 5 concrete companies and we chose Ivan due to his communication, responsiveness and his explanation of how he would approach the job. We have a gas line very close to the edge of the cement so that meant using hand tools to dig out & cut the roots and create a thickened concrete edge so they won't grow back under the new slab. We (and our tenant) are very pleased with the outcome. I am remote and very much appreciate the pictures Ivan sent throughout the process. We also had Ivan fix some chipped stucco while he was there, and he went the extra mile to have Home Depot match the paint. I'm thankful for finding Ivan, we will absolutely hire him again!
