Ivan is a rare find these days! After our excellent experience with him replacing a fence and gate for us, I asked him if he could repair or replace a lifted slab of concrete where some big roots had grown underneath. I spoke with at least 5 concrete companies and we chose Ivan due to his communication, responsiveness and his explanation of how he would approach the job. We have a gas line very close to the edge of the cement so that meant using hand tools to dig out & cut the roots and create a thickened concrete edge so they won't grow back under the new slab. We (and our tenant) are very pleased with the outcome. I am remote and very much appreciate the pictures Ivan sent throughout the process. We also had Ivan fix some chipped stucco while he was there, and he went the extra mile to have Home Depot match the paint. I'm thankful for finding Ivan, we will absolutely hire him again!

I was very impressed with the quality of work and responsiveness from Ivan at Cali Turf. I initially reached out because I had a leaking sprinkler valve and he diagnosed and fixed the problem the same morning. I then discussed several other projects I wanted to accomplish in the future, and Ivan gave me solid suggestions for all. This included money saving options for reducing water consumption on my front and backyard lawn areas. He was a pleasant young man with good communication skills who didn’t try to upsell or pressure me. I would strongly recommend him to my family and friends in the future.

If you are looking for a courteous, experienced, and hardworking professional, look no further. Ivan and his team were able to repair and secure the wobbly posts of my fence while adding a much-needed layer of vinyl soundproofing. Ivan and his crew did a great job on the fence repair. He responded quickly and came on site to give me a reasonable estimate. On the work day, they arrive early. They worked with my request of placing three posts but reusing the existing. When finished, he worked me through what he did with the post and panel. Also his team also restored the sites on both sides of the fence. Recommend him for landscaping needs.

Thank you for locating the leak and making the repairs. I recommend Cali Turf for those looking for someone that will get the job done. I had a leak under my driveway from an irrigation line. Ivan had to cut the concrete and demoed a small section in order to gain access to make the repair. He was able to redo the concrete to put everything back in place. Thanks Ivan!
