- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I’ll provide an invoice depending on the type of drinks, the population of your event and the length. If you’re not sure what drinks to make, we can talk about the theme of your party, the audience, and what specific alcohol and amount you’ll probably need.

- Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?
January 14th, in valley center was a memorable night because if such the hard rain but that didn’t stop the party! We celebrated a 50th birthday party and even though the wind was strong and the rain was heavy, that didn’t stop us. We put our jackets on and served with smiles.
