My carpets hadn't been cleaned in years, and it was wavy - it needed a stretching. Citywide showed up on time, with professional tools and professional attitude. They got to work right away and were very careful and meticulous in their work. They addressed any concerns I had. They moved furniture with care, and the work removed all the waves in my carpets. It was soo good I had them clean them too, and they did that without needing to come back. The cleaning and the rug repair (stretch) far far exceeded my expectations. What i expected to be a stretch just to make the carpets look ok before i replace htem in a few years, made the carpets look and smell like new. The attitude, care, punctualtiy, expertise and professionalism were exceptional. I was impressed by every aspect and highly recommend them and will use their services again to clean my furniture next. highly recommend, this was a GREAT VALUE. Old school value and work ethic!
